My Projects
Things I designed, built and launched - from code to 3D printing.

Website
mycave.pl: Minecraft Servers and Their Portal
Three Minecraft worlds in a home homelab and a website that shows their live status, maps, rules, and suggests how to join. Plus, one chat for the game and Discord, and a custom PufferPanel template for CurseForge packages.

Programming
Information kiosk in the office: accessible to everyone
A dead kiosk from a commercial system without support has been revitalised: custom app, five Braille buttons, Polish local voice, and a sensor that greets approaching users. Data flows from the portal's CMS and intranet, while monitoring automatically reports failures via SMS.

Programming
MPK Departure Board at the Bus Stop
An electronic departure board for a bus stop using public data from MPK Nowy Sącz, a regular monitor, and a small computer: schedules combined with forecasts, a kiosk with no secrets, and supervision via SMS. One system for any number of stops.

Programming
Information Boards in the Hallway of the Municipal Office in Old Sącz
Two screens in the town hall lobby: an interactive floor plan displaying room layouts across four buildings and a slideshow featuring local news, events, weather updates, and maps. The content is automatically sourced from the municipal website, with the kiosk simply serving as a display device for the data.

Programming
ChurchStream: Live Church Streams on YouTube 24/7
A system that autonomously streams live from church cameras on YouTube 24/7: switches cameras in case of failure, shows a slide instead of a black screen, sends an SMS, and daily creates new recordings without manual intervention in YouTube Studio.

Programming
RCP: Time Tracking System for Municipal Offices
An RFID card reader data importer and attendance list, request, and report application for the Municipal Office in Stary Sącz. Without a new system: data goes to an intranet already used by the office.

Programming
Municipal Intranet: Directus Today, NocoBase Tomorrow
The Municipal Office of Stary Sącz's shared database: 136 collections, from HR and working hours to PSZOK (waste collection point) and contract registers. Why the Directus license forces a switch, how I chose the successor using a prototype, and what the new intranet will look like.

Programming
PSZOK Inventory System in Stary Sącz
Electronic record-keeping for visits to the Municipal Waste Collection Point: searching for declarations in municipal data, limits assessed by staff, and a PDF protocol as per regulations. With personal data that never leaves the municipal network.

Programming
Stary Sącz Municipality Consultation and Survey System
A new social consultation system for the Town of Stary Sącz: anonymous surveys compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA, risk assessment instead of image captcha, kiosk mode and invitation-based surveys. A successor to a closed system that could no longer be maintained.

Website
The New Website for the Nasz Dom Association
The new website for the Nasz Dom Association with built-in accessibility features: text magnification, high contrast mode, and text-to-speech functionality. Editors continue to work in the familiar WordPress environment, while visitors receive a fast, static site.

Website
Website for the Convent of St. Clare's Nuns in Old Sącz
A new website for the convent founded by Saint Kinga in 1280: classic typography, automatically updated daily liturgy, Polish, English and Hungarian versions, and WCAG 2.2 AA compliance. A static site that the sisters edit using a CMS.

Programming
Video Portal for the Municipality of Old Sącz
A community video platform for the municipality on PeerTube: a consistent theme aligned with the portal and WCAG compliant, updating PeerTube and PostgreSQL without losing recordings or cache, and caching that eliminated stuttering during council session broadcasts.

Programming
Portal of the Town and Gmina of Stary Sącz
The City and Municipal Portal of Stary Sącz has been operational since October 16, 2026: a headless CMS with four language versions, WCAG 2.2 AA compliance, and GDPR adherence. Built from scratch on open-source software and hosted exclusively on the municipality's servers.

Programming
Email Signature Generator for Municipal Office
A single, consistent email signature for every employee at the municipal office: data from the intranet, switches for each element, a QR code with a business card, and export to HTML or PNG that works in Thunderbird and Outlook.

DIY Projects
A computer scientist as a carpenter: garden swing
A wooden garden swing for adults and children, built in 5 days instead of buying a ready-made one for £1000. The frame, seat with backrest and armrests, and finally stain treatment.

DIY Projects
Bluetooth Speaker for the Garden
Portable Bluetooth speaker for the garden pergola: MDF box, 3D-printed speaker rings and adapters, ready-made amplifier module, and fabric grille. Step-by-step photo report from the construction process.

3D Projects
Remote 3D Printing: OctoPrint and Camera Mount for the Anycubic i3 Mega
A 3D printer in the basement with remote control and live preview via browser: OctoPrint, a plug-in for Cura, mjpg-streamer, and a custom 3D-printed camera mount for the Tracer HD720P camera.

3D Projects
3D-Printed Gimbal for DSLR Cameras: Introduction
The first part of building a gimbal on a rail for a DSLR camera, for motion timelapse videos and 360-degree photos: assumptions, parts needed, and over 100 hours of 3D printing.

DIY Projects
DIY: A LEGO Play Table for Kids
Foldable LEGO building table: plywood top covered with construction plates, supported by two IKEA Trofast shelves that store the bricks. Step-by-step instructions.
